After checking this with <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="http://screen.studio">screen.studio</a> side by side, I see a drastic difference. I’m pretty sure that zoom studio utilizes the same accessibility screen zooming that you can find in the macOS settings under Accessbility→”Use keyboard shortcuts to zoom”. It’s nice and high resolution that way.
